BASILICO
Hello everyone! It's been a while since my last post but a lot of great changes have happened on the blog in that period. The blog layout has been revamped. It's also been expanded from fashion and self-style to include several new and exciting segments including, lifestyle, travel and FOOD, which is what this post is all about- It's my first restaurant review!! So this is technically a throwback because I visited this restaurant and took the pictures in 2015, but the food is still as amazing as ever.
I visited an italian restaurant called BASILICO in Christmas 2015 with my family, its a little hidden gem located in Victoria Island, Lagos. For drinks my mum and dad stuck to the house wine (which I unfortunately did not write the name of) while my older sister had a sex on the beach and a virgin on the beach respectively.

For starters we had chicken soup and chicken and mozzarella rolls. The rolls portions were quite large so you can double up easily.

For the main course my dad went with the Bailica mixed grill and mash,
I had the Rigatoni in Amatriciana sauce,
my mum had the Spaghetti Carbonara
and my sister had the Penni in a sauce I also didn't write down.
All in all I give the restaurant a 8 out of 10. The environment was cool, the hostess was extremely nice and the food was served relatively fast. The damage give or take one or two items was 41100 Naira.
That's it for now guys, hope you enjoyed the review. Leave your comments below to tell me what you think and what restaurants you would like me to review. Also don't forget to subscribe to my blog, so that you get updates when I post content. Have a great weekend!!
